What is included
- 6 ft 6 in walls and a 6 ft double barn door.
- 16x8 inch aluminum gable vents.
- 3/8 inch siding on 2x4 studs at 16 inches.
- 29 gauge metal roof on 7/16 inch OSB, 2x4 trusses at 24 inches.
- 2x6 pressure treated floor joists at 16 inches, 3/4 inch tongue and groove floor.
- 4x6 pressure treated runners.
- Delivered and set free within 100 miles of the Winlock yard.
- Most builds take 4 to 8 weeks from your order. I confirm the current build time with your quote. Delivery and set come after the build.

- Windows.
- Insulation, wiring, inside walls and floor covering: the Genesis finished package is an add-on.
Add-ons at the Genesis list
- Doors: $180 to $750.
- Windows: $135 to $450.
- Shutters: $80 a set. Flower box: $150.
- Ramps: $600 (23x48) or $750 (23x72). Workbench: $20 a foot.
- Metal siding: 15 percent more. 2x6 studs: 10 percent more.
- Mini-splits: I price them with your quote.
