- What does delivery cost?
- Delivered and set free within 100 miles of the Winlock yard. Past that, text me your ZIP and I quote it.
- How long does it take?
- Most builds take 4 to 8 weeks from your order. I confirm the current build time with your quote. Delivery and set come after the build.
- Do I pay a deposit?
- Half down starts the build. The other half is due at completion, before delivery.
- How do I pay?
- By check or bank transfer to Chehalis Buildings.
- Is there sales tax?
- Yes, on top of the Genesis list. It shows on your quote.
- What do delivery and set include?
- One trip, set level on blocks up to 12 inches, no ground anchors, and you pick the spot. What delivery and set include
- Is there a warranty?
- Your Genesis warranty comes to you. I give you its terms in writing with your quote.
- Do I need a permit?
- Permits, setbacks and HOA rules are yours to check with your county; Genesis does not pull them. A house with plumbing usually needs a foundation to get its permit.
- Can you build something custom?
- Start in the 3D builder and send me your design. I price it from the Genesis list.
- Can I get help paying?
- The 3D builder has an “I'd like help” choice for financing when you send your build. I give you the financing that fits with your quote.
- What does Economy mean?
- Economy is the shell, you finish it. It is the Craftsman or Gambrel shape with 6 ft 6 in walls at a lower price.
