How it works
From a pick to a building on your land.
Five steps. One person runs your whole job.
- 01
Pick
Pick a shell or an office here, or design yours in the 3D builder.
- 02
Quote
Send it from the builder or text me; I send your quote within a day. Your price is the exact Genesis list, plus sales tax.
- 03
Order
You sign the order and pay the deposit by check or bank transfer to Chehalis Buildings; I place the order with Genesis. Half down starts the build. The other half is due at completion, before delivery. Most builds take 4 to 8 weeks from your order. I confirm the current build time with your quote. Delivery and set come after the build.
- 04
Follow it
You get a private page that shows each step with photos: ordered, in production, built, delivery set, delivered and set.
- 05
Delivered and set
Delivered and set free within 100 miles of the Winlock yard.
Your Genesis warranty comes to you. I give you its terms in writing with your quote. Permits are yours to check with your county.
